I told the people in the office I had a high deductible plan and was concerned that I wouldn’t be covered for this CPAP machine. People in the office stated I would pay under $30 per month. Then I received a bill for $210!!!! Billing was another nightmare where neither the Tucson office nor the Florida billing office would take any responsibility for giving me bad info or for an item on my bill that I never received. Rotech's Cindy Beltran and her staff (we interacted with 2 other staff people) were polite, expedient, and professional in seeing to my mom's needs, which was a battery replacement for her oxygenator. Cindy and staff were a great touch point for my mom's acute [battery replacement] needs, and Cindy saw to its successful task completion, expediently! Five stars!
Evander J. Delivered a hospital bed for my mom. He was so kind to come back and show me how the bed worked, because I wasn't here when he delivered it. He didn't even make me feel stupid because it was moving up when I said it wasn't. It was just moving very slowly. We really appreciate the bed and the kind and prompt service.
