It was not good. I was there about an hour waiting to pick up a wheelchair and they had to go locate it. Then they had to go locate the pieces that went with the Wheel Chair and then I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork which was fine and then they didn’t have the back pad so they said that they would contact me when the pad came in. They were back ordered. They said they’d be in in about eight days. I called left a message and nobody answered the phone when I called. I left a message and no one called me back then another... read more
Very disorganized. Drove across town for my appointment. Arrived there; was told it was double booked and to come back an hour later. The RT that helped me was good, which is why they get 1 star. Then, dealing with their supplier, Sleep Central, is another mess in itself. They always get the order wrong, don’t take the time to listen, which ends up needing frequent calls to return incorrect products, and supplies. Complete time sink and headache to deal with.
