Mr. Evander Johnson was a great technician. He explained the care & details about my new concentrator.
Rotech's Cindy Beltran and her staff (we interacted with 2 other staff people) were polite, expedient, and professional in seeing to my mom's needs, which was a battery replacement for her oxygenator. Cindy and staff were a great touch point for my mom's acute [battery replacement] needs, and Cindy saw to its successful task completion, expediently! Five stars!
Evander J. Delivered a hospital bed for my mom. He was so kind to come back and show me how the bed worked, because I wasn't here when he delivered it. He didn't even make me feel stupid because it was moving up when I said it wasn't. It was just moving very slowly. We really appreciate the bed and the kind and prompt service.
Couldn't even speak to a person. After their menu finished, I pressed 1 to speak to the receptionist, and then they hung up on me. Go somewhere else.
