Cpap broke down, they only have 1 respitory therapist on staff. Called Thursday, told therapist was gone until Monday. Now it's Wednesday and no one answers the phone, returns voicemail, now it's the following Wednesday, almost a week since I initially called, no responses, no answers, Cpap still broken. Only giving 1 start because 0 stars isn't an option.
Evander came promptly and really helped getting the O2 concentrator regular maintenance done very well!
Evander is the best also his trainer was Great as well. Evander explained how to use the equipment and we felt at ease with his instructions! !Francisco was his training partner!
So I am rewriting my review.i mixed the good workers of rotech with other not so good workers.CALL CENTER TO PLACE YOUR ORDER is horrible.EXCEPT FOR MARIA.i had to call over and over because another employee that took my order never took my order.Maria got my order right and did a great job.NOW THE DELIVERY DRIVERS.they are excellent at their job and great customer service.they have a extremely hard job and still have a great attitude.i have a delivery driver named evander.excellent delivery driver.great attitude and very he... read more
