The technician has been very helpful and friendly and wasn't in a rush. So far I've been very pleased with my Rotech experience.
Worst company I have ever delt with. I told them I think I was thinking about just buying a machine and they said well let's see what it would cost month. They told me it would be about 15 a month and then sent me a bill for 500+ after I received the machine and would not even work with me.
