I called early Monday 3/2/26 to have equipment and oxygen cylinders picked up and was told they would call 30 minutes before arrival on Tuesday 3/03/26. I’ve sat here 3 days now waiting and nothing! I’ve called everyday since Monday and no one answers the phone. I’ve left a message and no return call! Please find another supplier that cares about their customers!
I have been a customer with Rotech since 2020 they have been my provider and I never had a problem with them Alicia is now my respiratory therapist she's the greatest and it's not them that's providing bad services someone been hacking there phones lines that's why they haven't been returning your calls because they never received them but they are trusted oxygen and medical provider so please entrust your service to Rotech for your needs
I have been trying to get clap and supplies since Oct. 2025. My sleep specialist office has also contacted RoTech in my area and to no avail your company has not reached out to me after tireless calls week after week. Since October up to today’s date . Your people in this office are either lazy or don’t care about your business or the patient’s well being. I give up and will turn to an outside business to purchase my supplies. My oxygen machine stop working and i called 2 times and they said they called tech but noone called me . Now i am on my tank and waiting for them to come here . And when i call she says they are aware of the situation. But yet no calls . Never had a problem before from them . Wonder whats the problem now ?
