It is way too hard to get someone to answer the phone. Then, they have an attitude? I am the customer, not the competition? I called Thursday and couldn't get anyone on the phone so I left a message for them to call me? It is now 12:30 on Monday afternoon and no response?? I am a VA patient and have been Rotechs customer for 9 years.. I have to have oxygen...
I would give them a no star if possible! My husband has a Cpap machine and has had trouble with it since the day he got it. He calls and leaves messages and no one will return his call. I am a case manager and have a contact number directly to the rep. That phone stays turned off and you can't even leave a message because the voicemail is full! Lady who answers the phone is very rude always says she is busy will call me back yet never does and now my mother is out of oxygen and they are no help
I called early Monday 3/2/26 to have equipment and oxygen cylinders picked up and was told they would call 30 minutes before arrival on Tuesday 3/03/26. I’ve sat here 3 days now waiting and nothing! I’ve called everyday since Monday and no one answers the phone. I’ve left a message and no return call! Please find another supplier that cares about their customers!
