I was kicked off auto refill and it's taken several calls to finally get a CPAP order in. I just read the Google reviews for the last six years and majority of them are negative. You would think that a company that says they care about you would've fixed issues by now. But no, six years later and still bad review after bad review. I'm stuck with them because my insurance is only allowing me to choose one company.

I got my CPAP over a year ago. I was told to pick a company close to my home for better service. Bad decision on my part. After comparing services with a friend, I found out I was not getting my replacement parts. I visited their location in Milford, Ohio, and was informed they didn’t perform such duties. So much for a local location. I called the number given me and was told they would sent my replacement parts out right away.
