A wheelchair was ordered weeks ago and not delivered until multiple phone calls and wrong addresses. The wrong wheelchair was delivered. After reordering, and more phone calls the wheelchair that was promised yesterday is who knows where. They don’t know.
Terrible time trying to work with them, they wont respond half of the time. Ignore calls, lie and say they cant do pick ups and then lie about sending someone out to get the medical supplies
I have only been with Rotech since March 2024, it was my choice to use them because of the location. I don’t have a problem with the location office I’m using the respiratory therapist was very helpful. But trying to change our insurance in October hasn’t been fun! The first person was pleasant and helpful, but didn’t take all of my information so the insurance wasn’t updated. The second person ( a month later) was a real piece of work! Trust the reviews. Was sent here by my doctor's office for CPAP & supplies. Had issues getting the CPAP to stay on, the only help they can offer is loopholes for how to get enough hours to make insurance happy, they don't actually care if the treatment is helping you. Ended up returning the machine and all the supplies I had been shipped, but apparently they made no record of that and continued to bill me. It is taking hours of phone calls to get the bill corrected and resolved, and their customer service is very hard to com... read more
