I got my CPAP over a year ago. I was told to pick a company close to my home for better service. Bad decision on my part. After comparing services with a friend, I found out I was not getting my replacement parts. I visited their location in Milford, Ohio, and was informed they didn’t perform such duties. So much for a local location. I called the number given me and was told they would sent my replacement parts out right away. Terrible service when I call for resupply orders. I can’t understand anything said. I’m from Kentucky and I know when I’m talking to a fellow native. Unfortunately, the area’s residents from Murray Kentucky are no longer employed, sorry to say.
