I share this to help others make an informed decision to not even consider using Rotech Healthcare for any reason. My relationship with them has been extremely disappointing and filled with issues since the start. There has been billing accuracy issues, supply delivery issues, customer service issues, and just general professionalism issues. Very rude and unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. If they don't like their job they need to find another one.
Terrible customer service. After speaking to the management which shouldn't be in management at all. I've never been talked to in such a disgusting manner. Thank you Mr manager now we will be switching to another company
