Terrible service when I call for resupply orders. I can’t understand anything said. I’m from Kentucky and I know when I’m talking to a fellow native. Unfortunately, the area’s residents from Murray Kentucky are no longer employed, sorry to say.
Ordered my Bi-pap supplies. After weeks of nothing I call. Was told my order was on hold, I owed money. Told him that was incorrect it was paid. He put me on hold, and came back and said I was correct, and the good was removed. Said will be a couple days. Weeks later of no order, I call back. This time I was told that I had no order because it was on hold, but when removed my order some how just gets canceled. So I reordered AGAIN, now back to the waiting game
The only reason I give the 3 star rating is because of the outstanding service I got from Cheryl, the respiratory therapist. She alone is a 5 star. It took multiple calls to get some kind of helpful communication in getting an appointment by lackluster employees. I was told initially it was a First Come First Serve basis and they get at least ten orders for machines a day. No idea when I could be seen. Rude people at Milford office I waited 3 months and they were blaming my doctor woman at front desk in Milford told me they didn't have a phone number to call corporate office I had my doctor switch me to total respatory and I had my machine in three days don't use rotech you will have problems
It took an extremely long time to get my 1st appointment with Rotech. Then a long time to receive machine: months. Fitted mask fell off the first night. Tried 3 more times and same thing. Called for a refit but calls are never returned. Finally called corporate, explained it had been weeks and she connected me immediately. Another 2 weeks to get in. But today's therapist, Cheryl, was absolutely amazing. Suggested getting the app for best fit. Easy. So larger mask fitted. She was so knowledgeable and kind.
