Very nice people
about a year ago, I hated to use Rotech because the management and team never replied, failed to complete orders I submitted a week in advance, and communication all together was bad. HOWEVER, Ever since Hannah and Danyell and Roderick and Chelsey have joined, I have had the BEST experience!! I now run to Rotech when ever I am able to for DME needs. I do discharge planning at a nursing facility and often rely upon DME companies to ensure orders are fulfilled for patients going home. this ranges from oxygen, wheelchairs, walk... read more
I would like to recognize Hannah S and her associate (sorry I did not ask her name) for helping me with getting data out of my CPAP machine. I don't ask for help often, so the two of you have no idea how much this helped me today. You both definitely did your good deed of the day. I hope they see the review I have left for them.
