about a year ago, I hated to use Rotech because the management and team never replied, failed to complete orders I submitted a week in advance, and communication all together was bad. HOWEVER, Ever since Hannah and Danyell and Roderick and Chelsey have joined, I have had the BEST experience!! I now run to Rotech when ever I am able to for DME needs.
