I have had 2 experiences with Rotech here in the Tampa Bay are, and both times I had Shawn. He is so knowledgeable and helpful at the same time. I could tell he really cares about the customer. I haven't used my 2nd delivery, it's for sleep apnea and tonight will be my first time! and I'm very excited about using it since it's not a c pap. I couldn't use one because of the mask and I tried a few. I highly recommend this one.

A very great experience both times going there. I forget the lady at front desks name but she is the best. She is so kind and understanding. Mike the one who helped and explained things to me was so patient and knowledgeable that it gave me great confidence about using this device to help me sleep better. Recommend anyone to utilize this little gem to get their supplies . Thank you

Rotech sent a technician out to replace my mother’s mattress and the tech broke her bed frame. My mom is quadriplegic so having an operational bed is extremely important for her daily care, but in the last 2 months we’ve made numerous trips to the office (as they’re awful at returning calls) to find out when her bed is going to be replaced (as they refused to repair it). The best the company has done to date is send out a small manual bed that doesn’t fit her nor does it allow her caregivers to adjust her adequately. Michael... read more
