Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service number has no idea what they’re doing or anything about the products they sell. It would be less concerning if the supplies weren’t absolutely necessary to keep my daughter alive. Re-ordering supplies is absolutely ridiculous requiring a phone call to a call center with a bunch of people that cannot understand the English language. Needed a new piece for my machine walked in.They fit in me.And I took it home good job
This place is horrible! I’ve been waiting for a response on my daughter’s crutches since last week. The supervisor promised a call or email over the weekend after they failed to even start the process and yet here we are Tuesday the following week and I have no response nor information. The customer service is horrible! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE you’re dealing with sick people. I will never refer patients there again!
I would like for the public to be aware of an aggressive and wreckless driving from an employee using a Rotech Van with plate 43A UKY. This employee is a medium build white man with short/thinning hair, side burns, sports sunglasses on, seems to be in 30s or 40s. He was using his phone while driving and approaching stop lights, going far over the speed limit (for example almost 70 in a 55 when going northbound on Little Rd past Plathe), riding 2-3 feet within bumpers at all times when he could have passed cars. If you call the local office it rolls over automatically to the call center in India. They text me, email me, and call me every day to repossess the equipment for non-payment, but when I speak with them they say I actually have a credit because of an over payment. Then they call me back 5 minutes later to demand payment. This has been going on for 3 months and they still can't fix the billing.
