A very great experience both times going there. I forget the lady at front desks name but she is the best. She is so kind and understanding. Mike the one who helped and explained things to me was so patient and knowledgeable that it gave me great confidence about using this device to help me sleep better. Rotech sent a technician out to replace my mother’s mattress and the tech broke her bed frame. My mom is quadriplegic so having an operational bed is extremely important for her daily care, but in the last 2 months we’ve made numerous trips to the office (as they’re awful at returning calls) to find out when her bed is going to be replaced (as they refused to repair it).
