Over 6 years we’ve been at the store front many times. The last few times Technician rep Mike has helped us. Absolutely the best and has gone out of his way to take good care of us. He’s very knowledgeable with several different types of machines which has been a plus. Deserves five out of five stars. Thank you Mike for going above and beyond the call of duty for us we really appreciate your help. It’s so helpful to know you’re there if and when we need help.
Customer service is horrible here. They don't want to service a oxygen machine they've had in my house for 4 years. Every time you call up there you get attitude
Hmmm, 2 mos August ago, my friend's Dr. office called & faxed over an Order for new patient CPAP machine. Heard absolute Nothing..... The next month he went to scheduled Dr visit and Dr. asked how it was working he said I haven't gotten it yet! Dr's office again calls 9/2/25 to this location (is only 10 miles from him) and explains insurance info, patient info & request a new patient cpap. Still as of now... nothing. Sooo I am calling Corporate to complain. I have been a customer since my xfer by another local vendor about 4... read more

Had to have my 90 year old mothers oxygen concentrator looked at. It was swapped out for another one. Luis was super nice, professional and compassionate to my mom. He made sure we knew about the 24 hour service which we were unaware of and assured us if we had a problem, he'd be here to help us. What a great guy. Thanks Rotech and thanks Luis.
