I went in for my first CPAP machine last week and the staff was really great. They made sure to immediately attend to us at arrival and I went through all the training for the machine with Jay. I felt quite comfortable at the end of a thorough training session with all my questions and concerns addressed. I followed up today by phone, speaking with Linda with some questions and received immediate response and guidance.
Called in for oxygen tanks at 8:00 a.m. yesterday morning they were supposed to deliver today very very disappointed this is the third time that they did not bring his tanks when they said they would
My name is Lupe Garcia. I have been months with lightheaded and dizziness. Been to doctors trying to find out what was wrong with me. I went to Rotech to buy accessories in Hudson and I met this wonderful person named Jay. He sat down with me and explain how the CPAP Machine operates. I went back home, picked up. My machine went back the next day. The machine needs to be changed did not have problems, but I need to get a new one. My headset was not set to me perfectly. Special Thank You to Jay he was awesome . He was so polite and took the time to explain every detail on how my new cpap works . Was so nice have someone care about my needs and help find the perfect fit for my mask . The office is super clean the lady who called set up my appointment was also so nice and got me in same day . Very grateful
