Just wanted to acknowledge Rotech's Hudson office for great customer services: Marina, Lou Ann, Kayleigh,Tracy , and of course Randy, the delivery tech for your patience in assisting my elderly customer with receiving and training him with his portable 02 concentrator. Way to GO Rotech!!!!(sorry if I forgot any of the telephone customer service reps that assisted my patient and his family with his 02 equipment!)

After first post someone reached out to me saying they could help. 2 Weeks waiting after forwarding info to find out "nothing". They have no info or record of anyone trying to get my machine replaced. Run Away, fast.

Let me tell you a story... I started dealing with Rotech local office (Hudson, I assumed) in the beginning of Feb/26. I arranged for them to get all docs via fax and even emailed copy as a backup but no call back. So I called a week later and asked for call back, nope. Waited a week, called again, and now ghosted. I sent an email 4 days ago asking what is up and if they can't help me to just say so, I will go elsewhere. WELL still no answer so if your thinking of going here, DON"T.
