Let me tell you a story... I started dealing with Rotech local office (Hudson, I assumed) in the beginning of Feb/26. I arranged for them to get all docs via fax and even emailed copy as a backup but no call back. So I called a week later and asked for call back, nope. Waited a week, called again, and now ghosted. I sent an email 4 days ago asking what is up and if they can't help me to just say so, I will go elsewhere. WELL still no answer so if your thinking of going here, DON"T. The Tech John was delightful to deal with , knowledgeable and courteous. Thank You
John with the Hudson office stepped up and corrected a mistake . Was supposed to have two tanks of oxygen delivered today , somehow there was some confusion and didnt get delivered , he came and delivered the tanks after hours it was 6:00 when he showed up with the tanks.
