The employees in the Duluth office are very nice. I am having difficulty communicating outside of business hours/over email. I have been ordering CPap supplies over the app and not receiving them. I cannot seem to get confirmation that they have been sent or any tracking info. After hours line says they cannot look up CPap accounts outside of business hours. Is that true?
