I have had problems with my bipap machine. The water chamber was badly designed and kept breaking. I was always going to Cody to have them remove the broken plastic from the engagement point and get a new water chamber. The manager, Jason Jackson, decided to find me a solution. He found a new bipap and made a swap with me for my old one. The new one is well designed and the problem with the water chamber no longer exists. I am very pleased with the service and their help.
