The 2 gentlemen at the Rotech store in kokomo indiana best represented the Rotech company. They responded from the hospital and in 1 minute my wife and I had are supplies. They were very understanding and helpful . How ever the rotech store in muncie indiana needs to completely be replaced. The did not respond to the hospital calls, our doctor calls and to our calls.
