Terrible customer service takes forever to get someone on the phone then they transfer you to an 800 number to have your equipment picked up and then it's like we're a storage place to they can deliver it at the drop of a dime when they're getting money but then they have to be on a scheduled route to pick the stuff up that is in the way while my mother is on hospice
We were promised delivery at 9:38 this morning. It is currently 5 o’clock and at this time no one is here to deliver. The oxygen. The company is not true that it’s word. The manager was upset when I called his private number, but if the company does not do what it’s supposed to do then you do everything you can to get them to respond and that’s exactly what I did and I called him at 4:50 and it is currently 502 and I still have not received a call back. Extremely unprofessional.
I'd leave no stars if it wouldve let me. I brought my husband home from the hospital on Thursday and he is now requiring oxygen. The Hospital gave us a tank to come home with but told us we needed to call ASAP to get the condenser unit for the house. After countless calls, messages and wasted time on the phone we still dont have his oxygen! I've only gotten through to speak to someone twice and both times I was told someone would be here in max 2 hours, the rest of my calls stayed on hold until I'd hang up or leave another m... read more
