Extremely unprofessional.
I'd leave no stars if it wouldve let me. I brought my husband home from the hospital on Thursday and he is now requiring oxygen. The Hospital gave us a tank to come home with but told us we needed to call ASAP to get the condenser unit for the house. After countless calls, messages and wasted time on the phone we still dont have his oxygen! I've only gotten through to speak to someone twice and both times I was told someone would be here in max 2 hours, the rest of my calls stayed on hold until I'd hang up or leave another m... read more
Horrible customer service. Very short, rude and interrupting. Had i not been on the phone with my mother i don't think she'd have gotten anywhere with the people who answer the phones. They will not even let you finish a sentence and have the most abhorrent customer service skills i have ever seen in my life.
Awful… put in a request several weeks ago… contacted them last week to see what the order was if I could get an update on the information for the medical equipment. They indicated they never received the order that was sent in by the doctor. I sent an email to the doctor, the doctor faxed the information to this company. Company acknowledged receipt of the fax for the medical equipment. Followed up a week and a half later to find out where the medical equipment was in progress or in transit.
