Today I was assisted by Brooke Martin, from start to finish of my call, this young lady was amazing!!! I expressed my frustrations with her in reference to the previous service provided, and not only did she ease my mind, she was very helpful in getting prompt service for my loved one. I could hear the passion in her voice and that not something usually given by the staff. She was kind and very knowledgeable. Thanks so much for taking just a little bit off my plate. Awesome Job!!!!!
I cannot tell you how much I am so grateful we are for Timothy, the Rotech on call tech who came to deliver much needed oxygen within 7 mins to my mother in law's house in Lawrenceville after the storm. Power has been out over 4 hours and she desperately needed oxygen. . Thank you so much for 5 service. We are so grateful. Timothy followed up after as well.

But Rotech has become a safety hazard for the community. People and the hospitals that refer them need to be warned. The first two times that I used their service, i had a good experience, and all the employees provided quality service.
