This company is a total rip off! If you’re ever in the hospital and they offer you a wheelchair through your insurance make sure you do not pick this company. The hospital told me I could get a wheelchair through my insurance and it would be mine. Insurance paid this company almost $3000 for a $200 wheelchair and I needed it for three months. Came to the Duluth location to drop off equipment. There’s a “waiting area” where you have to ring a bell to get someone out there. The lady who assisted me was very sweet (i think the second desk from the waiting area). After about 10minutes after she took the information, I rang the bell so I could ask how much longer it would take because I had somewhere else to be. This company is not trustworthy. Do not use their services or products It’s a scam all they want to do is get the equipment in your house whether it works for you or not and they’ll say you can return it without any problems. That’s not true. I only had the CPAC machine for two weeks and returned it and now they can’t find the equipment that I returned and they’re charging me for it.
This company has gone to being horrible. I moved back to original Medicare this year and switching the CPAP machines charges has been horrible. Supposedly it was all settled early Feb and now two weeks later I just got another pickup the machine text. Called again and they said they would cancel it. By the way I previously had sent a help email to customer service and submitted the same with the online form. Never heard back from either
Please don’t deal with this company at all. They’re so unprofessional and they never call you back to try to resolve your situation. I changed insurance company on January 1 however I paid for a rental of cpap machine on December 29. They were supposed to mail the equipment to me. I called for the ups tracking number and was told that I never signed the paperwork which I never received. I was able told that my insurance was changed as of Jan 1 and they’ll have to see if they’re a provider for the my current insurance. Gina c... read more
