The staff in the Conover, NC location were helpful and professional in setting me up with a CPAP machine with just one office visit. Also, a billing issue arose months afterward and Leanna stepped up to investigate and was diligent and impressive in getting it resolved, keeping me in the loop. I appreciate the Conover staff.
I've had no problems, everyone has been nice,helpful. My delivery guy has been great,always smiling and happy..I rate it a 5.

I wish we never used this company for my son's CPAP. Everything the respiratory therapist told us was not so. I'm doubtful if she really is a therapist. They can't help you when you call them about anything. I called over two weeks ago and spoke with Whitney. She said she could Not help me that someone named Parker was over the billing and questions with cpaps could help but she was out sick. She took my information and said Parker would be in touch.
