Great service, friendly staff always willing to help you out with any thing.
When you have a loved one pass away and Rotech is calling you daily wanting to know where their wheelchair is. Be sure to ask them what they will do with it when they get it. This is a daily occurrence. Brand new wheelchairs just thrown in the trash. Not to mention beds and other equipment that should be disposed of properly! Could at least recycle them or work out some sort of donation program. We all know how much they charged the government for these items. Ridiculous!
I have had my Bi-pap from them for around 2 years and never had a problem with them. In fact I have been at fault for any service issues that may have occurred. As a single father I have been difficult at meeting service appointments and returning calls and they have continued to work with me. Great customer service and the equipment has probably saved my life.
The staff in the Conover, NC location were helpful and professional in setting me up with a CPAP machine with just one office visit. Also, a billing issue arose months afterward and Leanna stepped up to investigate and was diligent and impressive in getting it resolved, keeping me in the loop. I appreciate the Conover staff.
