Don’t waste your time. Staff is friendly but they have NO clue what they are doing. Sat for hours only to be told they didn’t have enough time to finish and wanted me to return another day. Went to another mechanic and within an hour they found the problem, which I might add was no where close to what Rotana thought the issue was. Also left the shop with a new noise, which they said is normal after tires have been balanced (not true). Complete waste of my day! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!
The place to repair your car or to obatin your safety certificate
had a great experience at Rotana auto service. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me. The repairs were done quickly and at a fair price. I’ll definitely be coming back!
