First off, I like the comfortable atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Sue greeted me in a friendly, professional manner. My first appointment was for an evaluation and x-rays. Stacy’s experience showed in her efficiency getting the x-rays done. Dr. Rota then came in and checked out my mouth and the x-rays to formulate a treatment plan. I have had quite a bit of dental work done in my lifetime. Dr. Rota has provided me with by far the most wonderful care I have ever had. His extensive knowledge and expertise is reassuring rather than intimidating. He and his entire staff are so compassionate. There are no surprises. Dr. Rota reviews and explains the entire procedure and makes sure you are comfortable with the process. He always makes time to listen. All it takes is a phone call to his wonderful practice manager Sue and you will be well cared for.

Dr Rotas office has a very relaxed feel. A lot of dental offices are cold and clinical. This dental office is friendly and warm and the workers are very down to earth. I never feel rushed or like some number. Dr Rota has almost a lifetime of knowledge and experience in what he does and it shows in his quality work and personal care of his patients. If you want difficult snobby people that laugh at you when you ask them for an estimate after your insurance coverage then this is definitely the place to go.
