I’ve only been here one other time and Rosy did amazing on my hair. This last visit wasn’t the same experience. I walked in 15 mins before close and asked if they could still take me and was told they could. If I would’ve know my service was going to be rushed, I would have just waited until the next day. The lady who washes hair actually did my hair as well, so not sure if that’s protocol. I was under the dryer for at most 5mins, before she pulled me out to start the blow dry step. I love it here and I love the way Rosy maintains my hair
It place is awesome. I walked in and was serviced right away. I got my hair blown out, trimmed and straightened. I will be coming back. Gracias
Overall good experience. Hair was finished in under 3 hours, friendly environment. A little heavy handed with detangling and wash but did a thorough cleaning. Hair was flowing and shiny afterwards. Wrapped hair for me and did not push for a trim, price was reasonable. Overall I would recommend and had a good experience, thank you! Will visit again!
