They act like they are doing you a favor for being there instead of the other way around. Go somewhere else if you can
Their parts man has a personality of a brick and didn't know the difference between a gasket and a seal. I had to look at the schematic find the part and description all while he said nothing. I don't think he can speak,he certainly didn't say thanks after spending over $200.00.

Went to get a bucket for my loader tractor off their used lot. My salesman, Mike, was great! He checked to make sure it was in fact there before I drove the hour to get there, was very helpful and made the purchase really easy. They loaded it up and I was on my way back home quickly. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to go back there myself.
