I had a great experience with this office. When I called to make my appointment they took the time to explain what to expect and the exam costs. There were no surprises. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I have worn glasses & contacts for 57 years so I have had alot of experience with eye doctors. Dr Muncy was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. Now, I realize technology has improved but he showed me the photos of my eyes and pointed out everything in the photos. Dr Muncey and his staff were wonderful. From checking in, the initial eye exam, and being seeing by Dr. Muncey the entire office was professional, kind, patient, and understanding. After 40 years of horrible vision and being told since I was a teenager that I was not a good candidate for contact lenses I was finally prescribed the proper contact lenses. I am thankful for the entire staff at Roswell Vision Care.
