Today both my sinks were backed up and water that could not go down the drain. It had overflowed on the floor when I ran my dishwasher. Since I had standing water in both sinks I called emergency maintenance and I thank God for Holly who is a new maintenance worker here at Roswell Village. She worked so diligently to ensure the problem was resolved. My garbage disposal was not working properly and she replaced it! Roswell village is a very nice apartment complex to live in the complex is very big no wonder is calles village also the people that work here are very helpful especially tanikwa she was very nice and helpful.
Johnny from the maintenance crew did his thing!! My dishwasher wasn’t working properly or closing. He made sure to fix both issues and also did a cleaning cycle with some cleaning supplies I provided to clean my dishwasher when I didn’t even ask him to do that! Best maintenance experience I’ve had while living in an apartment
Very disappointed after moving out. I paid a $600 security deposit when I moved in, and was promised that it would be refunded if no damages were present when I moved out. About a week after I moved out, they (waterton) sent me an invoice that stated $150 and other charges had been taken away from my money due to damages. I asked to see the damages, and the attached photos are some of the “damages” that Waterton sent me. The dent in the door was there when I moved in.
