Johnny came to fix the toilet that wasn't flushing in less than 5min. Very polite and respectful.
} Today, Johnny from maintenance came to my apartment and replaced the lights in my kitchen. The service was quick and very well done! I really appreciate the Roswell Village maintenance team.
I wish I had the words to describe how awful the experience at this place is.. got my mom an apartment here years ago been dealing with the same major leak from day one. It rains and a dangerous amount of water makes its way inside. DO NOT LEASE HERE. no one at leasing desk will help. They will smile at you and act as if they want to help but nothing gets accomplished. Choose wisely

Had a issue with my cooker. Mr Ralf came in and fixed it. It was pretty quick and precise. He is good.
