This places billing department is nothing but a joke. Not a funny one either.... I went there and made sure they took my insurance. I get there they have me fill out paperwork and copy my Drivers License and Insurance Card and all that normal new patient stuff... A few months later I get a bill for 123.00 called them and they said their billing department would look into it. I think nothing else of it since they never called back and assumed it was taken care of. Boy was I wrong THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK AND SENT IT TO THE C... read more
If I could give them 0 that would be what they earned. They’re totally unprofessional regarding your billing and will submit you to the collection agency without billing you or insurance first!
Never got a bill and reported it on my credit. What a nightmare!
