The North towns location is terrible. I was a patient, very sick with low iron. Their infusion center was booked and I needed an urgent infusion. They refused to write a script to go somewhere else, because then they wouldn't get the money. They fired me rather than admit any fault. Now I'm desperate to get into an oncologist before my meds run out. They could care less.
Ban Binda has good energy, very friendly, checks on you regularly, makes sure you feel ok and comfortable. He also brings you many different kinds of popsicles to choose from. Very fast response time. Overall, he is a fantastic caretaker and makes sure his patients are well taken care of. If I could give him a 10 star I would.
Sharafat Zaid has a very fast response, very personal and friendly when he talks to you. He also brings me popsicles when you request. He is a fantastic caretaker. If I could give him a 10 I would. Overall, he has made my stay at Roswell very good and welcoming.
I have no problems with Dr. Kotowski. The first time I saw him, we did blood work, I couldn't go back for results due to scheduling. I didn't get results from him. I was scheduled a second time with him. I got there an hour before my apt. so I could find the office. My apt. Was at 11:00. I sat until 11:45. They took everyone in who came on after me including a pt. who's apt. was at 11:15!! I walked out! I work in the medical field, we stay on our schedule. Everyone comes in at scheduled apt.time.
