My mother had an appointment June 4th for an immunotherapy treatment. After getting her bloodwork checked, she was not able to get her treatment done because her numbers were too off. My mother then went on to inform them her left leg was swollen, hard, painful, red and hot. NO ONE put eyes on her leg, they instead told her to "go see a doctor." My oncologist and nurse are great. They have one person covering phones for 7 providers. At this point, shouldn't you hire someone to answer calls? It is now basically a voice mail only communication, which is poor customer service and frustrating to some very sick people.
Bree is really rude. She makes the company look bad.
Since I was I overloaded with iron , they are doing a great job . I go once a month for phlebotomy to get the iron out. Everyone is so caring , I love them all
