Had an appointment for follow-up for blood work and all my paperwork says 820. Want you there 15 minutes early to sign in. I was there 805 and was informed they changed my appointment to 845 sorry can't sign you in. I am beyond pissed right now . I asked why and secretary says computer just does it. That doesn't sound right to me. And if they change your appointment why does no one notify the patient. I will walk out if not seen by 9a and they will need to reschedule when ever I feel like it.

Ban Binda has good energy, very friendly, checks on you regularly, makes sure you feel ok and comfortable. He also brings you many different kinds of popsicles to choose from. Very fast response time. Overall, he is a fantastic caretaker and makes sure his patients are well taken care of. If I could give him a 10 star I would.

Sharafat Zaid has a very fast response, very personal and friendly when he talks to you. He also brings me popsicles when you request. He is a fantastic caretaker. If I could give him a 10 I would. Overall, he has made my stay at Roswell very good and welcoming.
