Very rude, don’t even bother coming here.
I have completely lost trust in this practice. No one calls to discuss lab results. If you call in for an issue, you can't rely on a call back that same day or even week. If you're upset and express that , you will be hung up on and/or ignored in person. At my last visit I was there for over two hours waiting on the doctor for 45 minutes. I'm currently six months pregnant and seriously considering switching practices.
Love the doctors and midwives but their communication lacks. Dr. Patil’s nurse might’ve taken the cake. Had lab results released on a Friday. I called Monday, leaving a message that’d I’d be out of the country the following week for 9 days and would rather get in sooner vs waiting due to the importance of it. She waits 2 days to call back because “they’ve been so busy” but aren’t we all? This is literally your job. The Forsyth location was where I went in 2022 when I had my daughter Dr Hart was amazing... With this pregnancy I started going to the Alpharetta location.. with the last ultrasound I had they didn't check the heartbeats of the babies I'm having twins... When I ask them if I should take my baby aspirin and they put back on progesterone cuz I'm a high-risk pregnancy and I've had miscarriages. I was not listened to!!!
OMG, don't even think of going there. For 5 or so years I went there. Loved Dr. HART, who left some years ago. Since then, I feel handed around to different docs who I did not know, but tried to trust with my annuals. Today, was my last bad experience. Preciously, a Dr. Paker talked to me in Dec 2024 - all talk, no follow up, only to find out that she had retired. What? Major ball dropped.
