I visit for routine OB-GYN care, and everything runs smoothly. The team is professional, listens carefully, follows up properly, and makes each appointment comfortable.
I found a great OB-GYN through a coworker’s recommendation for my wife. The clinic is clean, modern, and easy to navigate. Dr. Eaccarino was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. The staff is friendly, and scheduling appointments has always been easy.
Very frustrating to communicate with this practice if you work normal business hours. They won’t answer phones before 9, or after 4, and they take an hr and a half break mid day, an and on Fri they only pick up calls for 3.5 hrs in the morning. I don’t know any other business that can just choose to not help people during normal business hours and still stay in business. I am looking for a new practice that is more patient focused.
Trying to reach billing dept. specially Jessica I have literally called like almost 100 times from past 2 times It never goes thru And then we get the payments deadline and are forced to pay bill even though we have queries Sounds like scam
We switched to Roswell after moving to Alpharetta and the obgyn specialists have exceeded our expectations. Dr. Nix was knowledgeable and the staff handles everything efficiently. Really pleased with the level of care my wife received.
