Dr. Zurinaga's office is the worst business I have ever encountered in terms of communication. One time I tried to cancel my appointment and over two weeks I called a dozen times, left voice mails, sent e-mails and never received a response or acknowledgement. No live person ever answered the phone. Then 2 days before the appointment they left a message asking me to confirm that I was still going to come. Dr. Zurinaga takes the time to be thorough and explains everything patiently, which is rare these days. His staff is extremely pleasant. My grandfather was my doctor growing up. Dr. Z and his staff treat me exactly like he did.
