I brought my kids to see a puppet show here today. The experience was good but was spoiled by an encounter with a staff member who showed unrestrained rudeness to me when my son was separated from my family. For an institution that sees many families with young children come through, they might considering hiring staff with some humanity.
My mom has attended 2 concerts here. She had an amazing time at both events.
