I have not had a great experience with City Walk. Where do I start? The apartment had not been properly cleaned when my son moved in… a new college graduate moving back home to Georgia after graduation. The refrigerator had dead bugs in it, the floor needed to be mopped and bedroom eroded to be vacuumed after sanding and dust.. I am assuming from painting. I’ve lived here for the past five years, and unfortunately, this community has gone downhill—especially under the most recent management company Rangewater and now, Preferred Apartment Communities. What was once a decent place to live pre-COVID has become frustrating and disappointing. I recently renewed my lease after being assured that my refrigerator/freezer issues would be resolved. In the market for a new home in the roswell area and wanted to check out roswell city walk. I toured the property with holly and she did an incredible job explaining the differences in floorplans and how their pricing works. Her managers Brittany and Mark were helpful and courteous as well! I have applied and am anxiously awaiting my results.
I was moving from out of state to the Roswell area. Due to time, I wasn't able to visit the area prior to my scheduled relocation. Thankfully I came across Roswell City Walk. After my initial inquiry, I was contacted by Leasing Agent Holley Sullivan.
