Very impressed with the sales and fitting staff here. Notably Taylor. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient and customer focused. This operation absolutely blows the 3 other closer competitors to my house out of the water. I was properly fitted on 3 bikes from 3 brands (They even built a bike, same day, for me to try as I am very tall and needed to try a large rare size). If I was strictly basing this review on Roswell Bicycles' service staff, it'd have to be less than 1 star. Have visited TWO times for service issues with a bike and these guys have been the most unhelpful people in a bike shop I've ever seen. I don't know if it's laziness or what, but, they seemed very unwilling to help at all! Needed to purchase a spoke but they refused to look up and see which one would work for the bike and in turn refused me service. I had a great experience in the store today. I had to stop in the middle of my ride to replace a rear tire. The crew was prompt and very friendly! I will definitely shop there again.
I had a great experience today at your store after I called yesterday to see if you had the bike I want it in stock and you did so today I drove the in a half hours one way from East Tennessee to get this bike and had the best customer service with Taylor Bosch. He took great care of me today help me pick out lots of accessories for the bike and installed a bike rack for my car did a great fit for me and watch me ride the bike and gave me some extra training on the gear mechanisms. Great service department. They know what they are doing and are determined to make sure it gets done right. Great floor selection and knowledgeable staff. They don't mind you looking, and they don't mind giving plenty of helpful advice. Great experiences with repairs.
