Originally I liked this orthodontist and he is nice. However, I feel like their customer service skills can use some help. The office is regularly scheduled out way too far in advance. If you have an emergency, be prepared to not be able to be fit in. Then when you do ask for anything the Lady at the front desk with the short spiky hair is not friendly. The staff at Rosvall Orthodontics is prompt, friendly, and efficient. We love having two of our kids done with braces by age 14 and our 10 year old already cruising in his treatment. We will definitely continue with our last two kids in the near future!

Dr. Rosvall and crew are absolutely amazing. Peggy and Maylene are always so nice. Brittany did my braces and she was great too. They did my braces and will be doing my daughter's soon.
