Great experience here! The smoothest registration change from out of state I’ve ever experienced, and it was cheaper than the online estimate with the VIN & specifications.
Went and got my tag and registration and also switch my title over paid for it the same day only for it to take my whole paycheck 10 days later they do not tell you it is a pending charge and they charge for using the card itself

I read the reviews on this site. I was amazed at the complaints, because I've never been treated bad or spoken to with disrespect from any of the staff here. I've been in Walker county for almost 5, from living in Catoosa county for over 15 years. Never a problem there either. I go in with a smile and leave with one.
