So much to offer in this beautiful store!
Many years ago I bought 8 lipsticks from Ross that were brought over from the then closed Face Designs in Northbrook. I've finally used up all of them and went in yesterday to see if they had any more. This extremely arrogant saleswoman SWORE the lipsticks weren't purchased from them! I've been a customer of Ross's for many years and I've never been treated nor called a liar, in so many words!!! I had a hair appointment today with Leticia, and she did an amazing job. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. The experience was professional and relaxing, and the results turned out beautiful. I’m very happy with my hair and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Leticia!
