Wasted my time and charged $25 on top of that for nothing. I had an appointment scheduled last week. They called to cancel the appointment the day before and reschedule for Saturday. The guys showed up 40 mins late on Saturday and then said it would be an additional $110 because of a few dog hairs. It would have been $370 total without tip. these guys charged 250 for a basic interior detail (after I paid for a buff and detail )in a two door coupe, left the interior smelling horrible, broke my start stop switch, messed with my paint while the complete idiot of a detailer argued with me about the service I purchased whilst I showed him a screenshot he shrugged and left, the owner hires people who have no clue what they're doing and has an ego so big you dthink this place had stock in the s and p 500. totally shocking. if you're reading this PLEASE AVOID
The whole experience was fulfilling. With ease of online scheduling, the calll to update that theybwere running late, the ease of having the detailing done at your home. Kendricks was amazing , and was a professional taking lride in his work. Surely a will got to them for my car detailing needs.
Immaculate detailing service - and with great price! It took a couple of hours for my SUV, but I sure don’t mind the wait at all when car is ready for me as if it is brand new! 🤩 I have been recommending Ross’s Auto Detailing to all my friends! I’m thinking about booking again since the last detailing has been a couple months go (and just remembered to come here to give my five-star review!)
