I have greatly enjoyed my time at Maplecrest Apartments in Birmingham. Beautiful apartments next to the idyllic Birmingham neighborhood. Very quiet, no problematic neighbors, no awful smells. It was great! The rent was a little high, but for Birmingham that is to be expected. The Rosso team was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team was super helpful, taking care of every issue with swiftness. They even replaced a lightbulb for me when they didn't have to!
Sally is the absolute best! Rental and move-in of this unit was absolutely seamless and when we got there, there was a can of bathroom cleaner, a shower curtain and shower curtain rings, and a roll of toilet paper! Thank you 1 million times
I’m surprised I’ve never reviewed Rosso management before. Perhaps it’s because my first round of living in one of their properties (for over seven years, in my 20s) much like today, I was busy juggling multiple jobs and responsibilities. Now that I’m a parent, recognizing a good thing for my son and myself is more important than ever. I’m a tenet of 3 years and I have been reading others reviews. I have to agree Rosso Management Company has been the best to lease from. Their rental prices are affordable, the company is reliable. What I mean is if you have any problem with your residence John or his crew of employees respond within two hours. The entire company is friendly and respectful.
