Someone came this morning to give us quote for staircase. He came and seen said he can't do it because it will cost us too much. There was no verbal quote given he just walked off very unprofessional.

I asked Greg to quote me to replace the balustrades of my staircase as they are wobbly. When he came, he advised me that it was not necessary and gave some advice on how to fix the problem. I’m sorry I didnt end up doing business with you but for anyone considering using Greg please don’t hesitate. Good and honest business for five stars for that.

Have recently purchased a property with a staircase done by this company which is not old and is now cracked and coming loose , It’s completely unsafe, Have reached out for help but don’t help and are very rude to deal with terrible customer service

Great work on a difficult set of stairs in a Newtown Terrace. Greg measured the space and came up with a solution which was perfect and Ben cut and fitted the stairs. Both Greg and Ben were absolute gentleman, trustworthy and smart and between the two of them we got the perfect set of stairs. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and ask for Greg and Ben. Well done!
