The last time I had my dog groomed and nails done at Petsmart, I explained that she was a rescue, we had only had her for 3 months had been groomed twice before with no issues but she does need to feel safe and time to know you prior to the groom. Within 15 minutes they called and said she was done but she was very uncooperative. I said you needed to spend a little time getting her acclimated and they said that they needed to rush her as she has a slight heart murmur.
