I would not recommend this salon. We made an appointment for a group of four (myself, my daughter, and my parents), but the salon failed to organize our visit effectively. Despite booking in advance, they did not reserve seats near each other; my 6-year-old daughter was left to sit alone in a separate area, and we were scattered throughout the salon. They don’t clean products. I got a toe infection with neon green puss coming out of it. Was told by my doctor not to walk or work. Refused to give me a refund

I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to accommodate me with no waiting. I was told in advance that the manicure was $20. I sat down and told the nail technician that I just wanted a simple manicure with short nails, all the same length. When she asked "what color" I said "no polish." She offered the usual up-sells; paraffin wax, buff shine, gel. I said no thank you to all of them and asked if she would just focus on trimming the skin and getting them all the same length. The most mediocre pedicure I’ve had in a very long time. My usual salon is in the plaza directly across, I was finishing up a few errands in the complex and decided to give this place a shot. I came in, bright and early on a Sunday and was given a chair and handed over to Amanda. My usual pedicure day includes a Deluxe choice with a Gel color.
