I've used them multiple times in the past but this past week I learned that their lack of thoroughness on the past two jobs left my hot water heater in dangerous shape. On the final visit a month ago, my hot water was not coming out of the drain. The technician unplugged the machine and plugged it back in. When the water came on I asked him if he could do some diagnosis to find out why it happens. He told me it was probably just an issue with the city water and there was nothing else he could do. Jesus came to my residence and did an exceptional job on a repair. He was very polite & explained what needed to be done. More than anything he was respectful of my home. I had a plumber come to my residence before who acted as if I was his tenant and to say the least, he hadn't been back! Thanks Jesus and Rossman.

This was truly an easy and delightful experience. Ryan Rossman did the install, he was here exactly on time and was swift, sweet and professional. This is the 3rd or 4th time using rossman and I can truly say they are a great company and deliver an exceptional service.
