I started being a patient at this clinic for less than a month. Every time a call this clinic the receptionist working here is very rude to me. She does not want to answer any of my questions and keeps telling me to just call back because she cant give me any answers. I sprained my neck and went to emergency, got all medicaions and felt better after a week. I made an appointment with Dr Majeed to check if everything s right. In the clinic, they post “ one problem a time, if you have more questions rebook” something like that and you see them in each cubicle. I told doctor what happened to my neck, what emergency doctor said about it, what medications they gave me and how I was feeling, he typed all the information in his computer, asked me a couple questions like how far I could turn my n... read more
Dr Majeed uses this as a cash cow, he will only deal with you on one item at a time and the staff has so much trouble keeping notes on why you are coming and when you are coming. Often when doing a 5 course treatment they would ask me what shot number I am on... Shouldn't they know? I recently changed doctor's only to find out that NOTHING during my time (notes blood tests OHIP visits) were ever submitted to the health network. Receptionists are unhelpful and the doctor doesn't care about his patients either. Sick and tired of this place. Never seen such an incompationate doctor/clinic in my life. Looking for a new doctor.
Always courteous and professional. I understand that with medical treatment people can be very impatient -- but this is a minor drawback of the great healthcare system we have in Canada. Anyone who has waited 10+ hours in the emergency will understand that it's not a system for miraculous and speedy healing, but the product hard work and determination of many dedicated professionals. This office is no different.
