I love the new manager!! She is very sweet & professional...I've been here for a long time and I think that she is the best office manager we've ever had ...and it means a lot to me to have someone who cares about her tenants. And the maintenance men are wonderful too...they work so hard at keeping the complex clean

Fake reviews, the new management is terrible and rude and responds extremely poorly to customers. A boy had his car tires stolen, they left him on two bricks, and she simply said that the cameras don't work, so why do they have them? She's worse than the previous management. Rude. They don't repair anything in the apartments. I've lived here for 16 years and nothing like this happened. The water is super expensive. They don't give receipts for the gallons that the residents supposedly use.
Les recomiendo enormemente este complejo, yo vivo aquí actualmente 2025, con mi familia y estoy tan tranquila ya que es una área muy tranquila para mis hijos pequeños. Su escuela está al lado del complejo, el precio de la renta me parece correcto al igual que el agua , con respecto a el mantenimiento lo hacen siempre y súper rápido, y de la oficina llaman para confirmar q quedó lista cualquier reparación, les agradezco mucho. Siempre están al pendiente. Mis hijos adoran estar por las tardes en el área de juegos del complejo.... read more
Un lugar muy agradable para vivir ,lo q más me gusta es q está totalmente cercado y seguro para mí y mis hijos adolecentes ,aquí an crecido una área muy tranquila y libre mala influencia.en verdad les digo q aunque pasan las reckas .yo duermo tranquilo !de un gran tiempo para aca,tenemos registrados nuestros autos correctamente y no levantan los autos.al contrario todo marcha correctamente.mis trokas de trabajo y herramienta está segura!agradezco a mantenimiento q trabajan horas extras los fines de semana reparando emergenci... read more
