If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. Prospective renters should proceed with extreme caution before signing a lease at Rosslyn Heights or Rosslyn Vue. Both properties are managed by the same company, and tenants should be aware that my experience reflected systemic issues affecting basic habitability expectations, communication standards, and statutory compliance.
