If I could give zero stars, I would. The leasing team here is incredibly unprofessional and disorganized — I wanted to move out the very first day I arrived. There were absolutely no move-in instructions provided before my move-in date — not even basic information like where or when to pick up the keys. I had informed them of my arrival date well in advance, and they assured me everything would be ready. But when I got there, the leasing office was closed, and there was no way to get in. Food Delivery Problems I have frequent food deliveries from Safeway, etc. They have problems entering a simple 6-digit number followed by a “#”. So I send a SHORT note recommending a small sign at the front and rear boxes where codes are entered. I get in response a LONG SERMON about their cherished Fetch. I tell them that Fetch won’t get me food here in 2 hours. Besides Safeway doesn’t use Fetch. They use their own drivers.
