My wife and I had a great experience at Rosslyn Heights. They were very responsive and the prices were reasonable considering the area. Facilities were well maintained and we would live there again if life brings us back to the area.
Great community in a fantastic area of DMV. A great alternative to high rise living with a balcony attached to every unit, a chill pool area, a small but adequate gym, fireplaces and a fantastic staff! The neighborhood is safe, fun and energetic, close to very cool restaurants, bars, bus stops and the Metro .4 mi away to go into D.C. key bridge is also .4mi to go into Georgetown. Great community!
My roommate and I had to break our lease within the first month due to persistent marijuana smoke infiltration from neighboring units. Despite having an air purifier that constantly alerted to poor air quality and experiencing health impacts (I have asthma and was getting headaches), management offered no real solutions.
