Rosslyn Heights is a very well-run community that truly feels like home. The property manager Uliana Velch directs a team of specialists who ensure the highest quality of living standards, a safe community, and units that are fantastic looking and clean. The location is minutes to the metro and shopping. One can really tell that Uliana and her team care about the happiness of residents and its shows. Highly recommended!
I lived here a few years and they’ve gone way downhill. Very very expensive for what they offer. “Premium” apartments are old and outdated. Pool and gym are small and not worth using. The biggest problems are the noise, rats, and package/utilities. Utilities are the most expensive I’ve ever had in 15+ years of renting. They use a package service called Fetch and I have had four separate packages stolen. Rats are everywhere, supposedly because of the construction across the street.
