Do not move here. Was great when we moved in but quality decreased significantly over our three years. We had a rat problem, multiple water leaks, elevators and garage door was often broken. We rarely complained about any of that and were charged almost $300 dollars when moving out for mounting shelves and bookcases after living there for 3 years. Don't move here if you don't want to be charged an arm and leg for hanging things on the walls.

I feel like there are other great places to live in the area that are cheaper! I lived in one of the premium models which made it expensive but the heat never worked. I ended up having my apartment at 50-60 degrees for 2 months. They just gave me 2 small space heaters which helped but def not tackling the root of the cause. Not all of the apartments but a few in the complex had this issue. The staff is nice but never handled the lack of heat when my electric bill was through the roof. My husband and I along with our dog lived at Rosslyn Heights for almost 3 years and we loved our time there! The front office and the maintenance team were incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful and we loved the apartment itself - it was not a high rise as is common in the area - and the location is super, a street away from all the shops and stores but feels like an oasis away from the city with all of the greenery and access to the Custis Trail. We will miss the Rosslyn Heights team! Thanks so much!
