My family doctor is here and I've been to walk-in here also. Friendly staff. No complaints. There's lots of walk-in options in Ajax, this is a reasonable choice.
Dr Ganeshram is a great doctor! She sometimes does go against what you feel and doesn’t follow the patients request? waiting is always one hour plus even though you have an appointment! I don’t know if she’s overworked or they don’t know how to schedule people but it’s definitely a problem. It’s been inconsistent and I have currently found a new doctor because of that.
I recently visited Rossland Medical Centre as a walk-in patient for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. Despite being very busy, the receptionist gave me a warm welcome and made me feel acknowledged right away. The rest of the staff were equally kind and professional. If you want to save your lives don’t see dr Ganehsram. It is very important to have a good family doctor. She is killing time , she is moody, she doesn’t know what she is doing.
