First visit with our Golden, Baloo - great spot. Just for a nail trim - the tech and the rest if the staff were amazing. Couple of vaccinations next week and first meeting with one of the doctors. The whole environment is just so much more relaxed and professional compared to where we were. Well done! Thank you. 👍💖
My mom and I had a very sick best friend, Dr.Sutton went above and beyond the call of duty. Apollo sadly didn’t get to stay in our lives, however the treatment and compassion he received was amazing. We still have his beatfriend at home and she will be this clinic’s newest patient as we will be switching. Dr. Brown and her team are the absolute best. I would not trust my dogs with anyone else, and they have saved their lives countless times. Dr. Brown is knowledgeable, empathetic, and genuinely wants the best for every animal she sees. Thank you Rossland for always taking such great care of our girls.
Dr.Brown used to be a good vet until she opened her own practice. Then post maternity leave, it got even worse. Especially her receptionist/assistant that's with her. They diagnosed my dog with a illness but his stomach was getting larger and larger. I called in multiple times to try to get a hold of Dr.Brown and to schedule an ultrasound. I call multiple times and also sent an email. Each time I called, her receptionist would tell me she busy and on the callback waitlist. 1.5 weeks later, my dog died.
