I've gone here for years and the staff have always been incredibly respectful and loving toward my animals. This is the type of clinic that your pet learns to love instead of fear.
I called on Monday March 24th at 9:20am to make an appointment for my dog. The receptionist was very rude, over the years I had taken all 4 of my pets to this vet but hadn’t been there in a year or so, the receptionist right away said I didn’t have a file there which was odd because my elderly dog had a major surgery there in 2023 (to which I had a bad experience and that’s the reason I hadn’t been since) after explaining that all my animals have been there before the receptionist goes “mmkay?!” Instantly I felt disgusted an... read more
My fur baby had to have emergency surgery and this vet was awesome. They called a few times after surgery to make sure my girl was doing better and the staff was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend ☺️

We recently changed vets, our doggy is now under the care of Rossland Animal Hospital, We took that decision because our dog got seriously ill and our previous vet gave us the least budget friendly option, and it was difficult to get answers to our questions without making an appointment, At Rossland AH the vets: 1.
