There are honestly no words to describe how fantastic and empathetic the staff is here from the Veterinarians to the technicians and the front desk staff. My cat has been quite ill and they have done everything possible to keep him as well as possible. They call regularly to see how he is doing and genuinely care. Thank you Dr Sutton and Dr Brown for the wonderful care Birdie recieved from you both during her short life. Her medical condition was never a bother for the team to face and she received excellent care for her frequent blood draws and yearly check ups. (And of course Kawhi, my cat whose life your team saved!) Receiving your card was a lovely surprise. It was very touching and I appreciated it. Thank you for everything. When I am ready for another dog, we will be returning.
