Always great service and care for our beloved cats
Absolutely would recommend the hospital Dr Ravi’s team went above and beyond to help us through our dog Sheba final days. They called to make sure we and Sheba were alright. When I called to say she was worse and we had come to the decision that she should not suffer any longer they fit us in no problem . They also made sure each step blood work, Xray’s that we were alright with cost and Dr Ravi gave us a discount. I’ve really taken my time to think about what I wanted to say. I got my rescue cat (Mr.sprinkles) in the very beginning of January and up until the beginning of March, it’s been nothing but stress. Skin issues, coat issues, respiratory issues, you name it. As a new cat owner, I felt quite lost. Rossland Animal Hospital was there every step of the way. If I could give 100 star review I would. We recently adopted a puppy and Rossland Animal Hospital has been SUCH a tremendous help with our newest family member. Our neighbour recommended rhe clinic and they have exceeded any expectations I had of them. I cannot thank them enough, truly. Make them your first call if you're looking for new care for your furry family members.
First visit with our Golden, Baloo - great spot. Just for a nail trim - the tech and the rest if the staff were amazing. Couple of vaccinations next week and first meeting with one of the doctors. The whole environment is just so much more relaxed and professional compared to where we were. Well done! Thank you. 👍💖
