I was very disappointed with the level of service provided by my realtor (Kellyann Wulbern) and the broker (Mike Williams). After my experience, I will not be considering future transactions with this office nor would I reccomend them to anyone.
I had an issue where one of Keller Williams JR Agents contacted me about a for sale by owner property I have listed on Zillow. She failed to show up, failed to contact me to let me know and had no remorse about missing the appointment. Carmine was able to get me in contact with the Broker for the Office and we were able to get things resolved. His office was not involved, but still took charge and made sure to make things right.
