f you’re a parent looking for help, be aware of the extreme costs here before you get your hopes up. The intake fee for a new patient is well over $1,000 (some providers here charge $1,896 just for the first visit), plus a non-refundable $299 “deposit” that’s really just a yearly membership fee. Dr Frye is amazing but the staff aren't helpful at all. They wouldn't help me address the problems needed for prior authorization then quickly turned me away.
