New2 stars for the "nicenest" of the employees that come to your house.Originally called for a clog in pipeline which led to a break in the line (understandable since it is an old house). From there lead to the workers coming up with a plan to reroute into other plumbing nearby (which I had to wait a week for bc it was Friday and the worker didn't want to be at my house "til 7", this was 2pm).After it was fixed another worker had to re fix bc it wasn't done properly,still leaked all over bedroom.Had I known this would turn i... read more

Rossi Rooter is a very talented, genuine and hardworking group of employees. They helped my husband and I in a very complex situation with a lot of care and support. Rossi Rooters communication is terrific and effective. They return calls rapidly and they ensure the customers needs are met. Their prices are very reasonable. I believe they are the best plumbing & septic tank company in ****. Because the plumbers we had before them were not genuine and neither were their prices. Rossi Rooter is terrific to work with!
