Slime balls of the garage door business. The guy I spoke with on the phone was supremely confident he could assess my problem sight unseen without coming by or seeing any pictures and quoted me $200 for parts and labour. This should have been my first red flag. Incompetent fools, they so broke, they fix doors with random rusted wirings. Honestly, anyone who can assemble IKEA stuff can handle their job. Arrogant attitude is also an extra. Can't wait to see them run out of business!
