I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!! I only wish I had read these reviews in advance of hiring them. These guys did the equivalent of flipping on a switch to fix the problem, and then proceeded to charged my senior citizen parents a premium for it. They know how to do one thing very well --- how to take advantage of elderly people in need of help. This was one of the worst displays of predatory service providers I've ever seen!! Shame on you!!
The owner is a complete danger on the roads almost causing two accidents. Didn't even wait to turn left and just literally went for it when merging onto street causing twos cars to almost hit each other by slamming their brakes suddenly and hashly. When confronted the owner gave me the finger, didnt even apologized or anything. How idiotic do you have to be to have your whole business plastered on your sorry little broken down truck to be driving like this? I am not even surprised at all the bad reviews for this business.
Owner is so rude, I can't understand how someone owning a business can be so unself-aware at how they speak to their customer. We don't care if you've been in business for "50 years", whatever that means, even more reason to understand what actual customer service means. The fact that you rehash that same templated answer to people leaving you reviews and not addressing the actual issue is literal proof you are not fit to run a business. I would be treading very carefully when dealing with these guys.
