I recently has electrolysis work done by Patti Bourque at Nancy J Rossi..She burnt my chin and did not completely remove the hairs. Beware of this Electrologist center on Lake Avenue in Worcester Massachusetts. I spoke with the new owner Maria and she refused to listen to me, was not compassionate and about my face being burnt. STAY AWAY!!!!!
