Rossi flooring did a nice job on my floors but forgot to stain a section over my stairs. I contacted them several times to come back and finish the job but they never did. They do good work but don't pay them until you're sure the entire job has been completed.
Absolutely the best. Unbelievable job! I would highly recommend!
My daughter went to HomeAdvisor for a professional to refinish her floors. She hired Rossi Flooring of Newton NJ to refinish the floors in her new home. The workers, although did a decent job in the majority of the rooms in her house, left a large sander burn in the center of her living room floor. Unfortunately this wasn't seen until after the floors were completed and the payment was made.
