Dr Rossi and her staff were great! I had a colonoscopy done with her. She was a real pro and will be someone i trust with my health going forward.
I was a great fan of Dr. Polio. He would be embarrassed to see how the office is run. Never got a call back in three weeks to schedule a colonoscopy. The PA sent me for an XRay as I was having 3 BMs a day. The PA's assistant called me back with the results. Constipation. With 3 BM's a day? Perhaps but I could not get to the PA to discuss. With so many good GI practices in the area, I am not wasting my time here.
Dr. Rossi was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a great listener. She addressed my concerns thoroughly, and did so in a very friendly yet professional way. I would highly recommend her.
I read these reviews often and I’ve never left one. This is woman has a toxic personality. I’m sure anybody who’s spent thirty seconds with her would know that. She’s hostile, full of misinformation, clearly knows very little about her patients, and will discount anything a patient might say because she believes she knows more about her patient’s life (often based on her own snide viewpoint ( often based on her misinformation.) After getting disconnected the first call, the second call I was told I would have to wait over two months for an appointment even though I said I had pain. I used to be a patient of Dr. Polio's, great doctor. Didn't matter I was a patient in that office. Time to find a new office.
I would highly recommend Dr. Rossi. She listened to me explain what was going on. Only after she understood my concerns did she examine me. I ended up having an endoscopy and colonoscopy. She found a treatable issue in my stomach. Very compassionate, very good at what she does. And surrounded by other people who really care.
Dr. Rossi is a very caring and capable physician. She listens when you talk to her and explains what she is going to do in words you can understand. She is an excellent Doctor.
