Desi Hardy at Rossi and Co was the perfect agent. She shouldered the burden of managing the rental of my home while I was out of town dealing with my daughter’s cancer. She handled everything she could without bothering me and did it with grace and ease. She must have the patience of a saint because when she told me about the many calls she handled, I was flabbergasted that my renters could be so demanding (and eccentric) - like the 11 pm call that the dishes coming out of the dishwasher were too hot!!!!
