Be very aware. Monthly charges on my elderly mother's bank card and I have been calling for weeks to have them discontinue charging her for whatever "service" they're providing. Weeks of calls and the phone only rings busy. Neither my mom or myself know what they are charging monthly for and nobody at their office to speak with. Another company taking advantage of the elderly, shameful.
