Having to write this review is disappointing, but after many chances to remedy this, Dr. Hoyos’ office left us no choice. Some months ago, our daughter, who is an Afro-Arab mix, came for her appt with her natural hair out. Upon entry, we were met with the visibly disgusted energy of the female receptionist who made turned to her coworker and made derogatory comments in Spanish to her equally questionable male coworker right in front of our child.
