I had another hvac come by said my blower wasn’t working but to fix it would need to rip out the top of the door frame and wall. They were going to talk to their boss and call me…never heard back. Another guy just didn’t show up today and didn’t know anybody that could. This is Friday and it is supposed to get really cold by Monday. After a spring A/C maintenance this afternoon, our 2 HVAC units stopped blowing cold. I called Ross & Witmer at 8:30 PM to report this issue. At 8:50 PM, Michael called me from Ross & Witmer and asked me to go outside to see if the fans were on in the outdoor condenser units. The fans were not on. He talked me through finding the outdoor breaker box and turning the breakers on for the condenser units. That fixed the problem. I received excellent service from Michael and am very glad he did not wait until the morning to call!
