After a spring A/C maintenance this afternoon, our 2 HVAC units stopped blowing cold. I called Ross & Witmer at 8:30 PM to report this issue. At 8:50 PM, Michael called me from Ross & Witmer and asked me to go outside to see if the fans were on in the outdoor condenser units. The fans were not on. He talked me through finding the outdoor breaker box and turning the breakers on for the condenser units. That fixed the problem. I received excellent service from Michael and am very glad he did not wait until the morning to call!
Remarkable service on a Saturday when temps reached 98+ degrees. Called and spoke to Amy, she asked all the right questions; dispatched call to technician. Received a call from Michael within 15 minutes, explained the problem and he knew exactly what it was; 1 hour later we were up and running with a new capacitor! Appreciate the knowledgeable and kind service. To have a tech employed with a company for 10 years, you know they treat their employees and customers right. 🙌

Horrible company for maintenance - STAY AWAY. - I had 2 regular scheduled maintenance visits and 2 expensive repairs (totaling 3000$) with in a span of 10 months on my AC unit. - Every repair they did I had a simple request not to put a red tape, and do the maintenance only if you know what you are doing. They messed up on BOTH! - The unit broke again when in the summer, They didn't sent technician to access the issue for 1 week and counting.
