This company sucks. They send incompetent workers. I had a window that needed to be.fixed. it took other two weeks to get the appointment. To make a long story short, the window fell out of the window, ,wasn't put in properly. I am going to consult with an attorney

I tired this company because they seemed reputable, but when the workers came to do the job, the work was very sloppy. The vacuum they used blew a ton of dust in my house, they didn't cover the lentils on the exterior and when I asked them, to do so, they evaded their responsibility. The paint in areas that were outside the area where the moulding was to be removed was chipped and cracked. I had purchased a total of 32 metal double hung windows including a large window for my own house over the course of 4-5 years. I only only had a problem once with a window. You always can judge a company by their guarantee, and if that's the case, this company is pretty good. I had no trouble getting a new window from them free of charge no questions asked,even though it was for the house I did 4 years earlier, I believe they give a 10 year guarantee.
